Virtual Nutrition Consultations Using Your Insurance Provider
What to Expect:
Each visit is unique to the individual. I gather information about your medical history and dietary habits. Together we determine the most efficient nutrition plan to achieve your health goals. I provide encouragement, personalized education, meal planning assistance, and lifestyle change recommendations to accelerate your progress towards your goals.
Service Details:
One-on-one ~50-minute virtual nutrition consults typically covered by your insurance provider*. Insurance accepted: Anthem BCBS, United Healthcare, Aetna, Cigna.
Weekly follow-up consults and personalized nutrition education are provided for continual support in your journey to optimal health. Meal plans, recipes, and grocery lists are provided upon request.
*Coverage for nutrition services varies based on insurance type and policy. Self-pay options are available if insurance does not cover nutrition services.
Virtual Meal Planning (Self-Pay)
1.) 30-minute food preference visit (includes a 1-week customized plan, recipes, and grocery list): $60
2.) 30-minute initial food preference visit + 4-week customized meal plan with a minimum of 4 days per week of meals, recipes, and grocery lists! The 4-week meal plan, recipes, and grocery list is delivered to your email following our visit: $200 (saves $40).

Meal Plan Package (Self-Pay)
*No visit requirement* 4-week basic healthy eating meal plan (your choice of 3 plans: General Healthy Eating, Meal Prep, Plant-Based) with a minimum of 4 days per week of meals, recipes, and grocery lists! The 4-week meal plan, recipes, and grocery list are delivered to your email: $120
